What is the normal turnaround time? 

  • All garments are made to order within 12-14 business days.  14-21 days during the Holidays
  • If you order custom made garments, your order will be processed in 16-21 business days.

What about shipping?

  • US & International / 4 to 6 weeks
  • US & International Rush / 2 to 4 weeks
  • Custom / 4 to 6 weeks

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

  • 3 weeks in advance. However we do have a rush fee of $75 where you will receive you garments in 3-5 business days. Select rushed domestic shipping at checkout 

What is your return policy?

  • All returns MUST be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and smoke-free condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer cash refunds! Store Credit only! No returns or exchanges on custom orders.

What shipping carrier do you use?

  • USPS Priority or UPS Ground for domestic use. UPS or Fedex for international Shipping. 

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been received and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order. The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.

Do you provide custom options for special body types?

  • We require all customers to provide their measurements. 
  • Fill out the custom form and provide us with your measurements for your bust, waist, hips, and etc. Add any other specifications you think we need to know to get your order right the first time.  Price varies per request

Do you provide colors outside of your selection for special occasion?

  • Yes. We provide custom colors options per customer request. Price varies per request.  Please fill out custom form for all inquiries.

Do you make specialty garments?

  • Yes. We make specialty garments per customer request. We also specialize in (prom, bridal, and anniversary engagements) See custom form for special request and set up a in-person or virtual consultation for a fee of $150. The consultation fee will go towards your purchase.
